K9s Only Dog Training Services
With a passion for animals, Bobby Dorafshar started training dogs in the late 1980's. In 1990, he opened Advanced K-9 Services, a training/boarding business he operated out of his home. It was important to Bobby, his wife, Kelly and their staff that every dog that stayed with them felt like they were at home, whether they were boarding for a few days or staying for three weeks of training. And just as important was that all Advanced K-9 Services clients were treated as friends and that they felt comfortable with the personal attention and care that was given to their pets.
Now, Advanced K-9 Services has become K9s Only and opened a larger, brand-new, state of the art facility to accommodate everyone's training and boarding needs. Bobby designed and built K9s Only to meet your dog's every desire. His passion for animals is evident in every detail.
Although our location has changed, we promise to give our clients the same level of attention and care along with added space and service. We've always strived to keep a friendly and family-like environment for both our human and canine clients, and this will never change.
Don't be surprised when we get excited to see your dogs again or feel sadness when it's time for them to go. We bond with every animal that comes to us and treat them as we treat our own pets. Every dog gets plenty of love, attention and free-range play time... oh, and cookies, of course (YUM)! And now we have the opportunity to offer even more!
In addition to training and boarding, we now offer daycare services, grooming and wellness/day spa services. Please feel free to take a tour of our new location and if you haven't already done so, to meet our staff.

Directions
We are located just east of the 405 freeway between Olympic and Santa Monica. Take the Olympic/Pico exit and travel north on Sawtelle. Turn right on Olympic then left on Cotner. Our building is on the right hand side of the street. You may park on the street on in the lot in front of the building.

We are located approximately 1/2 mile north of the 101 freeway. Take the Reseda Blvd. exit and travel north (make a right if you are coming from Los Angeles). Travel approximately 1/2 mile to Topham Street (just past Oxnard St. and the Metro Orange Bus Line), turn left.
Our building is on the right hand side of the street. You may park on the street; in the back, behind K9s Only; or across the street in the Orange Line bus parking lot.
